Send a Brick to Build the Wall
Someone in Colorado was so frustrated over the lack of interest by our government in enforcing our immigration laws that he sent a letter to his congressman wrapped around a brick. He was saying he wanted congress to build a wall and was providing some of the material. He is not the only one. There is a web site promoting the Send-A-Brick Project where an unmistakable message be sent to congress that the citizens what the border secured.
They say it costs $11 to send a brick through the mail. They encourage everyone to send a brick and post a picture of their brick on the web site, or they will send a brick for you for a donation of $11.95. I'll be sending my brick, but I fear it may take a brick upside the head to get through to congress.
