|I agree...it's maddening to see the intended victim cowering while waiting to talk to the ADT person..in a real attack by any perp with one eye and half sense, the phone line would already have been cut, disabling the phone line as well as the alarm, and leaving the unarmed victims helpless, hopeless and probably lifeless.
Get a gun...keep your life.
