I used to watch TV news and yell at the box. Now I jump up from the couch, sit at the computer and begin to type laughing maniacally saying "Wait until they read this." It's more fun than squashing tadpoles

Karl Rove Won't Be Charged in CIA Leak Case

In a statement this morning, Robert Luskin, Rove's attorney, said that Fitzgerald "has formally advised us that he does not anticipate seeking charges" against Rove.

"In deference to the pending case, we will not make any further public statements about the subject matter of the investigation," Luskin said in the statement. "We believe that the Special Counsel's decision should put an end to the baseless speculation about Mr. Rove's conduct."

One can almost hear the weeping and gnashing of liberal teeth. The indictment of the Bush's brain was going to be the center of the culture of corruption campaign aimed at catapulting the Democrats back into power. This on the heels of losing the Congressional race in California's 50th. They can salve their wounds with the aid and comfort they received fro the Yearly Kos gathering in Los Vegas. Not that the Kos Kids will carry them very far.

Maybe Rep. William Jefferson can help find a silver lining in the dark cloud.
