City Asks Smith and Wesson to Take Over Winchester Plant

Officials of New Haven Conn.Officials of New Haven Conn. have scheduled a visit with Smith &W esson to the former Winchester Repeating Arms Plant in hopes that the gun manufaturer will keep open the facility. The plant is scheduled to close on March 31. Although S&W exectutives have agreed to look at the plant they 're not saying any more that they are just looking.
