I used to watch TV news and yell at the box. Now I jump up from the couch, sit at the computer and begin to type laughing maniacally saying "Wait until they read this." It's more fun than squashing tadpoles

Plea Deal in Democrat Snoop on Steele Credit Report

Sen. Chuck Schumer always ready to suck the veins dry on any political issue is silent on the conviction of one of his own for revealing the credit report of US Senate candidate Lt. Gov. Michael Steele in Maryland. Schumer who is outspoken on the NSA wiretap issue can't find a microphone on this one. Such a great champion of privacy as Sen. Schumer sends out a spokesman to handle the press when his people are caught violating the privacy of political opponents.

Lauren Weiner, 25, a former staffer on the Schumer-led Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, will cop a misdemeanor plea and avoid jail time for illegally obtaining the records of Maryland U.S. Senate candidate Michael Steele.

I shouldn't be surprised at the hypocrisy of this publicity vampire, I should expect it, but still it makes me nuts when it's so obvious. the Republicans are calling for an apology from the chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, with not a peep from Chucklehead.
