Dodging creditors?
There is a saying amonst men who do combat for a living that you lead from the front. In contrast, Dino Zervos leads from the back, way back - he never does any of the workouts himself.
Of course, that is only part of the problem: A low IQ combined with a personality disorder leads to constant turnover of staff. And, no one in the SF community has ever heard of him...I smell a...FAKE.
If this is the Dino Zervos I know, he is a complete fake and phony. He does know his stuff when it comes to working out, but he is also a thief. He steals money from people. In fact he still owes me money. The guy is a snake in the grass, do not trust him. He's worked at multiples gyms in the Manassas, VA area. He's the guy that does kettle bell exercises, and many other uniques types of workouts. If you can avoid any contact at all, please do so. And never, and I mean never, give the guy any money at all whatsoever. Because you will never see it again.
I've been getting a number of hits on this post from people googling "Dino Zervos". It would be helpful for those people to know that Dino's legal name is Constantine Perigles Phillips.
He is certainly a fake. He is dodging creditors. He has also been sentenced to pay debts to people in court but never uses his real name when opening accounts and so forth. He opened up fake accounts at Synergy in Manassas and BB&T in Manassas. Nothing is ever in his real name, but usually in his girlfriend's name. He truly is a con artist.
If this guy is such a fake, why are you hiding your name?
I would like to find out your sources and verify what has been said here.
I have not had any problems with him and he as followed through on everything he said he would do.

People that have worked with him in health clubs in the past known for a fact. I know the owners of a health club in Manassas he used to work at. He ran his own personal training business out of their club. Basically, the health club got a certain percentage of his personal training business and he owed them a check at the end of every month. I know the owner pretty well, and he said that Dino bounced quite a few checks and always had a sorry excuse as to why.
When you get a chance, ask him about "Minotaur" and how he screwed a guy and his wife (the wife was an Aerobics instructor at the club). Minotaur was a company where in which Dino provided personal training. The couple dumped a lot of money into the company, and Dino managed to spent it all. They were smart and got out while they could.
He also got sued by a former club member, as they were partnered up for a brief amount of time. It ended up going to court, and Dino lost the case. He ended up owing the member X amount of money. I'm willing to bet he has not paid him a cent, but who knows for sure.
How about the fact that just about anybody in the Northern Virginia area has employed him and nobody can provide him with a good reference. How about the fact that his real name is Constantine Phillips and he signs up for accounts under the name Dino Zervos. Is this not odd to anybody??????
Dino/Constantine, whatever you want to call him, also claims to be an Airborne Ranger. Who knows if thats true. Who knows if he even served in the military.
On a positive note, I will say the guy is phenomenal to train with. He leads incredible work outs, and his clientele come out with looking better before they went in. He is also a very motivating person to have work you out....
But the bottom line is that the guy is a scam artist. Beore you are in a situation in which you hand him money for a service, be very cautious. Although he is a great trainer, it is probably not worth it.
This guy is a scam i have seen him do shady things while working out at the gym, as far as getting in a suv going around the building and gettng out, the way he treats his trainers/staff. all he wants is money. most of the time they are not even there
Dino Zervos aka Constantine Perigles Phillips had a default judgement placed on him in Prince William court May, 2008 by a former friend who loaned him money. It's not the first time Dino has not shown up in court.
You have his real last name correct but the first and middle are a little off. What you find with the correct application of google-fu is very interesting.
I copied Dino's name from a court document. I have to assume the court had it correct but it may not have. I do know that the document was referring to the person from warrior's forge because I was the one who covered his liability in that case.
The name I found him under is Constandino Pericles. Close to what you have. Wrap your google-fu around that.
